my son’s and i lived across the street and saw the angel. my oldest is asking what street. i think either A st or C street. would you happen to have that info? i don’t live there now. thanks. ❤️
Sadly I do not! I did get much of my info for this piece from national papers and a couple of retrospectives of the Convergence (linked in my article), but I would imagine the local newspapers of the time (say, at newspapers.com) might have that info.
It was A street. I had been living in that same house two years prior to this event. I came over to meet Diane and say I was a previous tenant. I got to know her and stayed for two weeks.
I was there. Saw the angel TV. My first visit to Mount Shasta. I’ve spent all or part of every summer there since then. And 3 winters. Love the place. The TV was strange.
This was my house. I was a teenager and in high school at the time. I’m actually in the picture on the left with the feathered hair closest to the tv…It was a very interesting time to say the least. Diane was my foster mom and she has since past away. We were also on Good Morning Bay Area for the Modern Day Miracle show.
